Where does Samies Seafood Come from?

We source the freshest seafood from around Australia, New Zealand and beyond. All of our products have their origin and growing method listed, just click on the product and then select the Product Details tab.


What is so special about Samies Seafood?


We aim for the best seafood around! We work hard to source the absolute best produce in quantities that allow us to offer great value for money.


Home Delivery...


Why can't I select the delivery date that I want?

There are a few reasons you may not be able to book a delivery:

  • You cannot book a delivery for the same day, please order before midnight the day before;
  • You cannot book a delivery for a weekend or a public holiday;
  • You cannot book a deliver more than 1 month in advance.

But I need seafood on the weekend!?

If you have your seafood delivered on Friday, it will stay fresh for the weekend. Just make sure it stays refrigerated or in a well iced esky.


The checkout will not accept my postcode

Our home delivery service is offered to a limited area. We are always looking for ways to increase our reach, but if your postcode is not accepted, unfortunately it means that home delivery is not available to your area. Please come and visit us in Hamilton instead!


When will my order be delivered?

Orders are delivered between 1pm and 5pm, Monday to Friday.


How does my order stay cool?

You order will be well packaged in an insulated box with plenty of ice. Providing the package is kept out of direct sun, it can stay cool inside for a day or more.


What if I am not home to receive the delivery?

Our delivery drivers are instructed to leave the package in a safe place, out of the sun. If you have any special requests, please add them in the Delivery Method section when you checkout.


What if I order an item that is out of stock?

We aim to keep the online store up to date with stock availability, so if the product is available to order online, generally we will have stock. If, for some reason, you make an order and the product becomes unavailable, we will contact you directly to discuss a substitute item or a refund if you prefer.


My order has not arrived!?

Please call us on (07) 3131 4120 and we will track your order and make sure it gets to you.


I am not happy with the seafood that was delivered!

Our goal is to deliver the best seafood in town, so if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please give us the chance to make it right - call (07) 3131 4120 or email orders@samies.com.au
